About Chad

Chad Sullivan is a partner in Stewart McKelvey's Fredericton office, representing employers in labour, employment, human rights and privacy matters. He works with public and private sector clients across industries including manufacturing, trucking, construction, IT and post-secondary education, and has appeared before administrative tribunals and all levels of court in New Brunswick. His work includes defending employers in wrongful dismissal actions, labour arbitrations and human rights complaints, and before the Labour and Employment Board, as well as defending Occupational Health and Safety Act complaints and acting for employers before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal. He also advises organizations on privacy issues and disclosure obligations under right-to-information legislation. Sullivan earned his LLB from the University of New Brunswick in 2011 and a BA from St. Thomas University in 2008, and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2012.
