About Zoë

Zoë is a management-side labour and employment lawyer and workplace investigator who conducts legal research and drafts opinions and briefs for the firm's Labour and Employment group. She handles matters involving union certification, collective bargaining, grievances and employment contract interpretation, and has appeared before labour boards and courts in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Ontario. Zoë began her career with South Africa's Legal Resources Centre before practising employment law in Toronto. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria.
