About Kate

Kate is a litigator advising private and public sector clients on civil litigation, privacy, and labour and employment matters. Kate has appeared before all levels of court on Prince Edward Island and represented clients before tribunals including the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission. The work includes drafting employment contracts and workplace policies and handling terminations and wrongful dismissal claims. Kate holds a JD from the University of New Brunswick.
