About Bryce

Bryce Kustra's real estate practice, spanning Alberta and British Columbia, has two main areas of focus. The first covers high-value commercial real estate work, including property purchases and sales, leasing, and mortgage financing, with specialized experience in retirement residences and pension plan real estate investments. The second involves infrastructure land law, addressing utility and pipeline land rights, renewable energy projects, telecommunications sites, and data centres, along with the distinct considerations these projects raise around project execution, land rights, regulatory frameworks, and landowner relations. In 2015 and 2016, Kustra spent twelve months on a full-time secondment with the in-house legal department of a major international pipeline company.
