Steven Rotchtin is a partner whose practice centers on corporate law, particularly mergers and acquisitions and private equity. He works with private equity firms, pension plans and corporations on both domestic and cross-border deals. His experience spans leveraged buyouts, divestitures, majority and minority investments, consortium transactions, co-investments, secondary transactions, joint ventures and other shareholder arrangements.
