About Halina
Halina was called to the Alberta Bar in 2025 and gained significant family law experience during her articles, appearing before both the Alberta Court of Justice and the Court of King's Bench. She supports clients on parenting, support, property matters and protection orders, favouring negotiation and alternative dispute resolution while remaining prepared to advocate in court. She earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance from the University of Alberta before completing her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Leicester.
