About Bruce

Bruce Laregina is a partner at Beitel Tax Law LLP whose practice centers on tax dispute resolution. He represents high-net-worth individuals and small businesses in CRA audits and objections and in appeals before the Tax Court of Canada, and he also helps clients with voluntary disclosures and taxpayer relief applications. Bruce has particular experience with income tax and GST/HST disputes arising from real estate transactions. He earned his JD with a tax specialization from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he founded the Osgoode Negotiation Club, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2019. Before joining Beitel Tax Law, he worked as a tax lawyer at a national accounting firm, researching complex tax issues for planning and dispute matters.
