About Anne

Anne is a litigation partner in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office and fluently bilingual. Her practice cuts across multiple areas including commercial litigation, public law, nuclear, tax, procurement, complex construction and constitutional law, and she also represents health professionals in medical defence litigation and professional disciplinary proceedings. She has been named Lawyer of the Year for Corporate and Commercial Litigation in Ottawa by The Best Lawyers in Canada and recognized as a Rising Star by Lexpert. Anne has argued before the Supreme Court of Canada and all levels of court in Alberta and Ontario, as well as the Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal and Tax Court of Canada.
