Anjali Navkar is counsel at Torys with a tax practice centered on private clients and their advisors. Her work includes helping wealthy families and family offices navigate personal, corporate, and trust-related tax planning, spanning both domestic and international matters. She writes often on tax subjects, and her pieces have appeared in industry publications as well as academic journals. Anjali has deep roots at the firm, having summered and articled there before spending years as an associate in the tax group. Before coming back to Torys, she worked as a tax lawyer in the high-net-worth and private client tax group of a large national accounting firm.
