About Vincy

Vincy Yung is a family, estate, and litigation lawyer based in Vancouver. She has achieved favourable outcomes for clients before the Supreme Court and Provincial Court of British Columbia, including securing a dismissal for want of prosecution of a 25-year-old family law action in Suniara v. Suniara, 2025 BCSC 2024, and a declaration of nullity of a civil marriage in Saravanan v. Jayaraj, 2025 BCSC 2600. Her work also includes parenting time arrangements, enforcement of interprovincial arbitration awards, non-placement adoption, forum conveniens applications, and cases involving children travelling to non-Hague Convention states.
