About Bobbette

Bobbette Brown Hibbert is an experienced litigator with over fourteen years of legal experience, practising family law, civil matters, and criminal law. She is called to the bars of British Columbia, Ontario, and Jamaica, and brings courtroom and advisory experience to clients navigating complex legal matters. As a parent, she draws on an understanding of the personal and emotional challenges that often arise in family law proceedings, working with clients with empathy while staying focused on practical, legally sound processes. Her practice includes parenting time and arrangements, child and spousal support, protection orders, guardianship and access, and child protection matters involving the Ministry of Children and Family Development.
