About Andrew
Andrew Briscoe is Associate Counsel in Waterstone's Chilliwack office, focusing on family law along with other civil litigation. He has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia, including the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, and also assists clients in resolving disputes through negotiation and mediation. Briscoe has practised in the Chilliwack area since 1998 and joined Waterstone Law Group LLP in January 2026. He graduated from Simon Fraser University in 1994 and earned a law degree from the University of British Columbia in 1997, and was called to the bar in 1998. He is a past executive member of the Downtown Chilliwack Business Improvement Association and the Chilliwack Restorative Justice Society, a past president of the Hope and District Minor Hockey Association, and a current director of the Harrison Agassiz Chamber of Commerce.
