About Brittany

Brittany Rousseau is an associate, currently on leave, out of the Port Alberni office, with a litigation practice focused on civil litigation and construction law, and a solicitor's practice covering estate planning and residential real estate. She has experience working with First Nation governments, including researching cultural heritage and modern treaty implementation for Tk'emlups te Secwepemc and a partnership grant with Carleton University. Before law school she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with Distinction and a Diploma in Marketing Communications from BCIT, and worked as a project manager at a Vancouver digital agency. She graduated with a Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University in 2019, articled at Ramsay Lampman Rhodes in Nanaimo, and was called to the British Columbia bar in May 2020.
