About Pegah

Pegah Kenarsari is an Associate at DWF Canada in Vancouver, called to the British Columbia Bar in 2024. She holds a J.D. from Thompson Rivers University, an M.A. from Ryerson University and a B.A. from Concordia University. She joined the firm in 2022 and practices general litigation with a developing focus on commercial litigation, employment law and Indigenous rights and title litigation, appearing before British Columbia courts and the Residential Tenancy Branch. Her early legal experience included summer work with the BC Human Rights Clinic at the Community Legal Assistance Society.
