About Bo
Bo Rothstein is the managing partner of Farris LLP, practising mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate commercial law. His background includes leading cross-border M&A transactions and company financings, and he serves as a corporate director advising public and private company boards. He was first called to the bar in Ontario in 2005.
