About Brent
Brent Pidborochynski is a partner at Thorsteinssons LLP whose practice covers domestic and international tax planning, corporate reorganizations, and private equity transactions. He also advises high-net-worth individuals on trusts and estate planning, and represents clients in tax disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency. Before joining Thorsteinssons, he worked as an associate in the tax group of a large national firm. He belongs to the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Canadian Tax Foundation, and he previously served as an editor of the Ontario Bar Association's tax law newsletter. He has published articles on tax topics in outlets such as Canadian Tax Highlights and Canadian Capital Magazine. He completed his law degree at the University of Western Ontario in 2006, and was called to the bar in Ontario the following year.
