About Ted
Ted Citrome's practice at Torkin Manes centers on Canadian taxation, particularly the tax aspects of acquisitions and divestitures, tax-driven reorganizations, and corporate finance. He advises privately owned, owner-managed businesses on building tax-effective ownership structures and succession plans, and has worked on significant transactions in manufacturing, mining, real estate, technology, and cannabis. Ted also helps multinational groups structure their Canadian operations and investments efficiently.
