About Charles

Charles (Charlie) Crossman is a member of the firm's Corporate/Commercial Group. He summered and articled with the firm before his call to the Ontario bar in 2020, and his practice now covers a range of corporate matters, including M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations, commercial contracts, debtor/creditor and secured transactions, corporate governance, and employment law. He earned his J.D. in 2018 from Bond University and a B.A. in political science from McGill University in 2014.
