About Bill
Bill Stanger is Of Counsel with over 25 years of experience and extensive knowledge of the life sciences industries. He has worked in-house with companies including Angiotech Pharmaceuticals, Bayer, Correvio Pharma Corp. and QLT Inc., drafting and negotiating major agreements at various stages of corporate development. His practice covers contract and business agreements, corporate finance, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, public disclosures, regulatory compliance and employment law, along with transactional work such as licensing agreements for intellectual property. Bill has also advised public companies on continuous disclosure issues and other securities law matters. He holds an LLB from the University of Ottawa and a BSc from the University of Guelph.
