About Jessica

Jessica Braude is an accredited Family Law Mediator, a Collaborative Family Law lawyer, and a Family Law Arbitrator who also acts as a Parenting Coordinator. She has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario and brings a background in corporate and commercial litigation to her family law practice. In 2018 she received the Heather McArthur Memorial Young Lawyer's Award from the Ontario Bar Association for her work on social justice and legal development, and she was recognized in the 2025 edition of The Best Lawyers in Canada for family law. She previously worked with the Chief Justice of Canada on a research project examining therapeutic justice for infants at risk, and she is active with the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association, the Advocates' Society, and Collaborative Practice Toronto.
