About William
William Mazurek is an associate in the disputes group of Osler's Calgary office. His practice centers on construction and public law litigation connected to energy and infrastructure projects, drawing on a background in engineering to address technical matters. William Mazurek also maintains a general civil litigation practice covering constitutional issues, corporate governance disputes, real estate matters, partnership disputes, and intellectual property litigation. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Federal Court of Canada, the New Brunswick Court of King's Bench, private arbitral tribunals, and various provincial small claims courts. Before joining Osler, he practised civil litigation at a national firm in Toronto and worked in project engineering for an energy producer in Alberta.
