About Nina
Nina Mansoori is a partner at Torys LLP with deep experience in Canadian and cross-border corporate banking, leveraged finance and structured finance. Her lender and borrower clients benefit from her broad work on debt financings across many sectors. Before joining Torys, Mansoori was a tutorial instructor at the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law and a research assistant at the University of Toronto's Faculty of History and Faculty of Bioethics.
