About Devin
Devin Eeg practices general civil litigation with a focus on appeals and judicial reviews, in areas including property, contract, tort, landlord and tenant, municipal, business, administrative, and constitutional disputes. He has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the BC Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. He clerked for Justices Groberman and Abrioux at the BC Court of Appeal in 2020/21 and for Justice Karakatsanis at the Supreme Court of Canada in 2021/22. He graduated with a JD from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC in 2020 and also holds a master's degree in history. He is licensed to practice in both British Columbia and Ontario, lives in Ottawa, and is fluent in English and French.
