About Chen
Chen Shen is associate counsel at Henderson & Lee Law Corporation with a dynamic practice in civil and commercial litigation and criminal defence, including tenancy, immigration, and quasi-criminal and regulatory matters. He completed his undergraduate degree at Simon Fraser University and his law degree at the University of British Columbia, then articled with criminal defence lawyers and practiced briefly at a downtown Vancouver litigation firm before joining Henderson & Lee. He has prior experience in public interest law relating to internet, technology, and privacy issues, and has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia, the Federal Court, and various tribunals, including a successful Court of Appeal defence in a family law matter.
