About Asma

Asma Bouali is a corporate associate at Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall focusing on transactional and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and general corporate governance. She joined the firm in November 2025 after practising at a national law firm, where she worked on complex corporate transactions, due diligence, and IPO disclosure materials. Bouali earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa's French Common Law Section, graduating cum laude, and holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science, also cum laude. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023 and is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
