About Sahar
Sahar Ayub is a Legal Analytics Lawyer and a member of Osler Works – Transactional, a group that combines technology, streamlined processes and a team of legal and other professionals to support corporate and commercial deals. The group works alongside the firm's lawyers to provide services such as legal due diligence, contract analysis, closings and other transactional support tasks. Work handled through this role has included support on cross-border transactions and acquisitions for technology and construction sector clients. Sahar holds a J.D. from Western University and a B.Comm. (Hons.) from Carleton University.
