About Emily
Emily Lynch is an associate in the disputes department of Osler's Montréal office. Her work spans a wide array of civil and commercial litigation files, with particular attention to defending class actions. She also has experience with investigations and compliance matters, often involving detailed legal research and the drafting of opinions and briefs. Emily maintains an active pro bono practice focused on housing law issues. She holds civil law and common law degrees from McGill University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Concordia University. Emily belongs to the Barreau du Québec, the Law Society of Ontario, the Young Bar of Montréal and The Advocates' Society.
