About David
David Davachi practises corporate tax law in both public and private matters, with particular focus on the tax implications of M&A deals, corporate reorganizations, financings, and capital markets transactions. He regularly advises private equity sponsors, income funds, and tax-exempt entities such as pension funds and real estate investment trusts on cross-border and domestic tax matters. His work spans a broad range of large public and private transactions across multiple sectors. Davachi is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association.
