About Anthony

Tony is a corporate and banking lawyer in the firm's Halifax office, providing a full range of services in commercial transactions and bankruptcy and insolvency law, including the acquisition, sale, financing and development of commercial properties and businesses. A significant part of his practice involves acting for lending institutions in loan recovery and enforcement of security, work-outs, proposals, bankruptcies and receiverships, and he serves as Atlantic regional counsel to national corporations and general counsel to financial institutions. He received his Nova Scotia King's Counsel designation in 2011 and is a member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals, the Canadian Bar Association and the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society. He is a former director of the Atlantic Canada Chinese Business Council.
