About Elianna

Elianna Saikali is a lawyer in McInnes Cooper's Halifax office, practising in commercial and residential real estate. She advises on a broad range of real property transactions, with a particular focus on commercial financing for both lenders and borrowers, and her experience extends to condominium registrations, commercial leasing and large-scale hotel acquisitions. She is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society and the Real Estate Lawyers Association of Nova Scotia, and serves as Sponsorship Chair of the Halifax Lebanese Festival. Elianna earned her J.D. from the University of New Brunswick and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2025.
