About Ann
Ann Pham practises immigration, employment, and business law, licensed in New York and Alberta. She assists clients across North America with employment authorization, permanent residence, and citizenship applications, advises employers on employment and labour matters, and supports business incorporations, reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions in cross-border matters. Born and raised in Calgary, she earned her BA from the University of Calgary and her JD from New York Law School, where she was the 2018 commencement speaker, and was called to the New York bar in 2018 and the Alberta bar in 2022. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
