About Tajinder

Tajinder Rathor practises corporate and commercial law, focusing on transactional matters for public and private companies, institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices, including shareholder and governance matters, corporate reorganizations, equity financings, and share and asset purchase agreements. Before joining Langford Law, he practised in the corporate group of a national law firm and at a boutique corporate law firm, both in British Columbia. He earned his JD from Thompson Rivers University and a BComm from the University of British Columbia, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2017 and the Alberta bar in 2024. He has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada: Ones to Watch for Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Securities Law from 2023 to 2026, and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the South Asian Bar Association of British Columbia.
