About Alejandra
Alejandra García practises employment, immigration, corporate, and commercial law, advising employers on employment agreements, workplace policies, human rights, and terminations, and individuals on wrongful dismissal and severance. She also assists with immigration applications for temporary and permanent residence and citizenship, and supports corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions. Originally from El Salvador, she earned her JD from the University of Calgary and a BA from the University of British Columbia, and was called to the Alberta bar in 2022. She received the UBC International Leader of Tomorrow Award and is a member of the Canadian Immigration Lawyers Association.
