About Richard

Richard Cao is a lawyer and notary public at Jade Sunrise Law, focusing on real estate transactions, corporate commercial transactions, and immigration law. He completed an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering at the University of British Columbia before earning his law degree from the University of Victoria Faculty of Law in 2022.
