About Jason
Jason Irwin represents individuals and commercial entities in employment, construction, and general contract disputes, and is also experienced in tort law, debtor-creditor relations, corporate governance, shareholder oppression, and privacy law. He has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta and serves as general counsel for a range of businesses and non-profit organizations. Irwin earned his LL.B. from the University of Calgary and was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2009. He was a director of Habitat for Humanity Southern Alberta from 2011 to 2016.
