About Anna

Anna Kuprieieva is the principal lawyer at Solvis Law in Ottawa, providing external general counsel support across the corporate lifecycle, including structuring, corporate governance, and commercial matters. Her practice also covers international trade and investment and immigration law, including representation before the Federal Court. She began her legal career in Ukraine, where she was called to the bar in 2008 and worked as in-house counsel for a major energy and oil and gas group. After relocating to Canada, she pursued advanced legal studies at the University of Ottawa, served as a Parliamentary Assistant in the Canada-Ukraine Parliamentary Program, and later earned a Global Professional LLM from the University of Toronto. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Ukrainian Canadian Bar Association, and chairs the Governance Committee of the Ukrainian Canadian Bar Association.
