About Surpreet
Surpreet Kaur Malhotra is the founder of Venko Law Firm and a Barrister and Solicitor registered with the Law Society of Ontario, practising immigration law in Ottawa. As an immigrant herself, she says she understands firsthand the challenges of the immigration process and built her practice around personalized strategies for immigrants and the Canadian market. She trained as an articling student with an established immigration lawyer in Ottawa before founding her own firm, and her practice covers temporary and permanent residence, citizenship, refugee claims, and immigration litigation and appeals.
