About Andy

Andy Jairam is a partner whose practice for more than 15 years has centered on defending municipalities and private insurers against personal injury claims, property and building code disputes, and commercial matters. He has argued before every level of court in Ontario and works closely with clients to develop litigation strategies suited to their objectives, advancing their position at discovery, mediation, pre-trial, and trial. Andy regularly contributes to the municipal liability field through publications such as the Municipal Liability Risk Management Newsletter, and he speaks and conducts training seminars for municipal and insurance associations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts with honours from Wilfrid Laurier University and a J.D. from Queen's University's Faculty of Law, and he is a member of the Ontario Bar.
