About Matthew

Matt Sutton is a partner at Thomson Rogers, which he joined in 2019. His work centers on personal injury litigation, covering motor vehicle collisions, slip and fall cases, fire loss claims, product liability and occupier's liability matters, including catastrophic injuries. He handles every stage of a claim, from the initial injury through the statutory accident benefits process to resolution or hearing. He frequently appears in front of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice as well as the License Appeal Tribunal. Matt also represents lawyers and paralegals in regulatory matters before the Law Society Tribunal.
