About Andrew
Andrew Phypers is a founding member of Advocate Law who practises exclusively in criminal law. He earned an honours degree from the University of Calgary in 2008 and a Doctorate of Laws from the University of Alberta in 2012, completing his articles in 2013. He has defended cases involving first and second degree murder, manslaughter, attempted murder, aggravated assault, firearms offences, impaired driving, armed robbery, and drug trafficking. He has appeared in Provincial Court, the Court of Queen's Bench, the Court of Appeal of Alberta, and the Supreme Court of Canada, and is able to defend clients throughout Alberta.
