About Greg
Greg White is a Founding Partner and criminal defence lawyer at White & Jeet Criminal Defence, representing clients charged with criminal offences across Alberta. With more than 25 years of experience, his practice is dedicated exclusively to criminal defence, spanning investigation through trial, sentencing, and appeals. He is known for disciplined preparation and steady courtroom advocacy, particularly in serious and complex criminal matters, and focuses on challenging unlawful searches, Charter breaches, and procedural unfairness. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta and was called to the Bar of Alberta in 1999. White is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and serves as President of the Southern Alberta Defence Lawyers' Association. He is also active in mentorship, has taught criminal law internationally at universities in Europe, and mentors junior lawyers and students within the firm.
