About Jessica

Jessica Atwal practises criminal defence at White & Jeet Criminal Defence, acting for people charged with offences across Alberta. Jessica works through each file with close attention to detail, assessing risk early and giving clients clear, practical guidance at every stage of the process. Jessica graduated on the Dean's List with a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from the University of Calgary and earned a Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University, serving there as Vice President of the South Asian Law Students Association. Memberships include the Law Society of Alberta, the Criminal Defence Lawyers Association in Calgary and Red Deer, the Southern Alberta Defence Lawyers' Association, the Association of Women Lawyers, and Women in Canadian Criminal Defence.
