About Barry

Barry's practice at TDS in Winnipeg focuses on corporate finance and securities law, advising Canadian and foreign corporations, investors, and underwriters on private and public company matters and Canadian securities regulation. He also practises extensively in mergers and acquisitions and maintains a general corporate and commercial practice. He earned a B.A. from Concordia University in 1981 and an LL.B. from Dalhousie University in 1985, was called to the Ontario bar in 1987 and the Manitoba bar in 1992, and has been recognized repeatedly in Best Lawyers in Canada for Securities Law, including as Lawyer of the Year in 2015, 2020, and 2026.
