About Cole

Cole is a partner in the commercial practice, working with large and small Manitoba businesses on governance, corporate structure, asset and share acquisitions and dispositions, and terms of business, with particular familiarity in competition law matters arising in mergers or reorganizations. He also acts as an advisor on estate planning matters for businesspeople and their families, and a growing share of his practice focuses on corporate, tax and regulatory advice for health professionals and the healthcare industry.
