About Andrew
Andrew Dilts serves as Of Counsel and brings more than a decade of corporate and transactional experience to his practice. He focuses on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial matters, working with clients ranging from multinational companies to high-growth ventures on acquisitions, financings, restructurings, and cross-border deals. A dual citizen, he has led transactions across Canada, the United States, and internationally. Before his current role, Andrew practiced at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP and Goodmans LLP. He holds a JD from the University of British Columbia and a Master's degree from the University of Waterloo.
