About David

David Bouda is a partner focused on business succession, estate planning, and business law. He helps clients build estate plans, including wills, powers of attorney, and trusts, and handles estate administration matters. On the business side, his work covers incorporations, shareholder agreements, debt and equity financing, asset and share transactions, corporate reorganizations, and family trusts. David tailors his approach to each client, aiming to provide practical solutions to complicated legal matters and drawing on a wide network of other professionals for complex estate files. He has been with the firm since 2010. He earned his LLB from the University of Western Ontario in 2009, and he was called to the Ontario bar in 2010.
