David is a partner practising business succession, estate planning and business law. He builds estate plans (wills, powers of attorney, trusts) and handles incorporations, shareholder agreements, financings, share and asset transactions and reorganizations. David joined the firm in 2010 and earned his LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario in 2009.
