About Daniel

Daniel J. Miskin, son of Miskin Law founder Murray Miskin, focuses on claims arising from mesothelioma, asbestos and other toxic exposure. He has built one of Canada's most comprehensive databases of asbestos products and job sites, which he uses to identify exposure sources and pursue trust claims, settlements and litigation, including cross-border recovery from asbestos trust funds in the United States. His practice also covers class actions, toxic torts and lung cancer litigation. Daniel earned his LL.B. from the University of Southampton in 2015 and a BA in Political Science from Concordia University, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2019.
