About Andrea

Andrea is an associate in the Toronto office who joined after completing her articles with the firm. She has prior experience working with in-house insurance counsel and in mergers and acquisitions at the Competition Bureau of Canada, plus litigation experience in the United Kingdom. Her matters include contractual disputes, cyber liability, professional liability, construction, product liability, medical malpractice, and class actions. She earned a BA in Law from the University of Cambridge and an LL.M from Osgoode Hall Law School.
