About Amneet

Amneet Khaira is an associate at Baker Newby LLP practising estate planning and estate administration. Before joining the firm she served as in-house legal counsel for a Crown corporation. Born in Vancouver and raised in Surrey, she completed an undergraduate degree in business administration, a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Birmingham, and a Master of Laws from the University of Washington, and was called to the bar in 2017 upon returning to the Lower Mainland. She is a member of the South Asian Bar Association and the Estate Planning Council of Abbotsford, where she also sits on the board. Khaira is fluent in Punjabi.
