About Michael

Michael Sandhu is a partner in Waterstone's Chilliwack office focusing on wills, estate planning and probate law, along with business law, real estate transactions and farm transactions. He began his career in litigation with a focus on estate litigation and family law before moving into estate planning, where he assists clients with wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements and trusts, and represents executors, administrators and trustees. He also assists business clients with incorporations, shareholder agreements, corporate reorganizations, and purchases and sales of assets and shares. Sandhu was born and raised on a farm in the Fraser Valley, earned a Bachelor of Commerce and a law degree from the University of Victoria, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2015. He worked at a litigation firm in Victoria before returning to the Fraser Valley in 2019.
